Belonging begins with finding our true self first

Who am I?
Why am I here?
What is my gift?

Anam Cara / Soul Friend

Hi, I’m Elaine Lenehan

I find myself working with many who have been living in exile from parts of their true self.

Through my own journey of discovery, I help clients find the courage to grow along with the language of wholeness so they can give birth to their true selves.
Finding your true self is genuinely transformative work.

How I Work with Clients

01.

Coaching through Transformation

Holding on and letting go.Throughout our lives in order to grow, it is necessary to let go of certain parts of us to make room for the next stage of development.

No diagnoses. No assessments, Transformation is based on who the client wants to be.

02.

Helping to Heal Trauma

Recovery of the whole self requires an understanding of how facing what happened can only happen once the person feels safe.

Being witnessed brings deep healing and dissolves the shame and builds a renewed trust.

03.

Listening with Compassion as an Anam Cara

The word anamchara (Soul Friend) comes from Irish monasticism.

Being present as a Soul Friend means helping a person who is growing and struggling, to find a new experience in themselves through having a compassionate listening presence.
